What is latGroupPurge?

Controls whether the server automatically clears its entire node table whenever latLocalServiceGroups or latPortCurrentGroups changes, matching SERVER PURGE GROUP. Enabling it forces a clean re-discovery of nodes after a group reconfiguration.
