What is latAnnounceServices?
Toggles whether this LAT server periodically multicasts announcements of its locally offered services to the network, matching the SERVER ANNOUNCEMENTS setting. An admin disables this on a server that should stay quiet on the LAT segment rather than advertising its services to every node.
