The description from rfc3036.txt is: 'M, Frame Relay Merge Capabilities Specifies the merge capabilities of a Frame Relay switch. The following values are supported in this version of the specification:

What is mplsLdpEntityFrameRelayMergeCap?
This read-create object indicates whether this LDP entity supports Frame Relay VC merge capability, the M field of the Frame Relay Session Parameter exchanged in the LDP Initialization Message. Merge-capable and non-merge-capable Frame Relay LSRs can freely interoperate, but admins configuring this value should understand it advertises this device's own merging capability during LDP session negotiation with a peer. Setting mplsLdpEntityFrameRelayMergeCap to supported(1) tells LDP peers this switch can merge multiple incoming Frame Relay label streams into a single outgoing stream during session initialization.
