What is mplsLcAtmCtrlVci?
This read-create object sets the ATM VCI value over which this LSR is willing to accept MPLS control traffic on this interface. An admin configures this alongside mplsLcAtmCtrlVpi to fully specify the VPI/VCI pair the LSR listens on for control-plane (e.g. LDP) traffic. Setting it to VCI 32 would configure the LSR to accept control traffic for this interface on VCI 32.
