What is nvmMLMIServiceRowStatus?

This read-write value manages the lifecycle of a row in the nvmMLMIService configuration table: add(1) creates it, delete(2) removes it, and active(3) reflects (and is required for modifying) an existing row, with new rows automatically becoming active after being added. An admin sets this to delete(2) to remove an obsolete service configuration entry, or confirms a row shows active(3) before attempting to modify its other fields.
