What is mcmVNETSwProfCfgCallNegStrategy?
Selects the strategy used to negotiate a voice algorithm for outgoing calls on channels using this profile: use whatever is explicitly configured, prefer a bigger block size for bandwidth efficiency, or prefer a shorter block size for lower delay. Operators pick bandwidth or delay when they want the system to automatically favor one tradeoff over the other during call setup negotiation.
