What is mefSoamLmCfgRelativeStartTime?
Sets how long after being written the session should start, used only when mefSoamLmCfgStartTimeType is 'relative' and ignored otherwise. Admins use this to schedule an On-Demand session to begin a short, known delay after configuration without needing to coordinate wall-clock time.
