Writing this value does not change the current stat table, nor any of the items in the configuration table. Writing this value during row creation has no effect.
What is mefSoamLmCfgHistoryClear?
Writing true purges every row of this session's mefSoamLmHistoryStatsTable; reading always returns false, and writing it at row creation has no effect. Admins use this to reset accumulated SLA history, e.g. after a known one-off event has been fully investigated and shouldn't skew trend reports.
