Description: This object specifies the offset in minutes from the time of day value if mefSoamDmCfgAlignMeasurementIntervals is 'true' and the repetition time is a factor of 60 minutes. If not, the value of this object is ignored.
If the Measurement Interval is 15 minutes and mefSoamDmCfgAlignMeasurementIntervals is true and if this object was set to 5 minutes, the Measurement Intervals would start at 5, 20, 35, 50 minutes past each hour.
This object can only be written at row creation time and cannot be modified once it has been created.
What is mefSoamDmCfgAlignMeasurementOffset?
Sets a per-session offset in minutes added to the hour-aligned DM interval start; ignored unless alignment is enabled and the interval factors 60 minutes evenly.
