What is me1200QosQceTableRowEditorLlcControl?
The 8-bit 802.2 LLC Control field to match, AND-ed with LlcControlMask first; only active when FrameType is llc(2), used to distinguish LLC frame subtypes such as information vs. unnumbered frames. This is the row-editor staging copy of me1200QosQceLlcControl, held here before you set me1200QosQceTableRowEditorAction to commit it as the numbered QCE identified by me1200QosQceTableRowEditorQceId.
