What is me1200QosQceTableRowEditorIpv4DestPortRange?
The end of the destination port range to match when Ipv4DestPortOp is range, mirroring Ipv4DestPort. (Note: the MIB's own DESCRIPTION text for this object says 'source port number', apparently copy-pasted from the sibling Ipv4SrcPortRange object -- but the object's name and its position right after Ipv4DestPort make clear this is actually the destination port range end value.) This is the row-editor staging copy of me1200QosQceIpv4DestPortRange, held here before you set me1200QosQceTableRowEditorAction to commit it as the numbered QCE identified by me1200QosQceTableRowEditorQceId.
