Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the system, and at other times as indicated by the value of DiscontinuityTime.

What is me1200IpStatisticsInterfaceIpv6HCInForwDatagrams?

This counter is the 64-bit twin of InForwDatagrams for busy forwarding paths, tallied for one specific IP interface, selected by the row's interface index for IPv6 traffic. Network management tools poll it periodically and graph the delta between polls to watch traffic volume and trends over time.
