The trace _notAvailable_ is used to tell SNMP clients that this attribute is not possible to read at the moment.

What is ifOtnMonTraceOpSpecificTraceTransmitted?

An operator-specific trace identifier, up to 32 characters, transmitted from this interface, typically formatted as an IP address plus subrack:slot:port (only the last part of the address is actually used). An admin leaves this at its empty default unless the operator has a specific need to embed extra site/port identification beyond the standard SAPI/DAPI trace.
