What is ifOtnMonPmTxBackwardDefectIndication?

Indicates whether the ODUk-PM-BDI overhead (Backward Defect Indication received from the board-internal G.805 matrix, sent toward the physical interface) is currently active at the Path Monitoring layer. An admin uses this transmit-side counterpart to ifOtnMonPmRxBackwardDefectIndication to see BDI status being generated locally and sent outward on this path.
