What is ifOtnMonPmRxAlarmIndicationSignal?

Indicates whether the ODUk-PM-AIS overhead (Alarm Indication Signal received from the physical interface) is currently active at the Path Monitoring layer, per G.709/G.798. An admin treats an active AIS here as a sign that an upstream fault on this path is being propagated downstream, rather than a fault originating at this specific point.
