This is a bit-mask, where 0x00000000 means No TCM 0x00000001 means tcm1 0x00000010 means tcm2 ... 0x00100000 means tcm6 ... 0x00100010 means tcm2 + tcm6 ... 0x00111111 means all tcms i.e. tcm1 ..tcm6
What is ifOtnOduUsedTcms?
This OID is a bit-mask reporting which Tandem Connection Monitoring (TCM) instances (tcm1 through tcm6) have been created on this ODU. An admin decodes the bitmask to see exactly which TCM layers are active for end-to-end performance monitoring on that circuit.
