What is ifOtnOduTxSignalStatus?
This OID reports the transmit signal state (down/degraded/up) of an ODU circuit, reflecting both the underlying OTN performance-monitoring object and any terminated TCMs. An admin uses this to see the ODU-layer signal health, which can differ from the OTU-layer status if a TCM fault is involved.
