What is ifBasicSignalSpeed?
This OID sets the expected signal bit rate in units of 10,000 bits (0.01 Mb) per second, defaulting to 61440 (i.e. 614.4 Mb/s) with a valid range of 61440-1402500 or the special not-applicable value 2147483647. An admin sets this to match the line rate expected from the far-end equipment before the signal can properly synchronize.
