What is lldpStatsRxPortTLVsDiscardedTotal?
This counter counts network discovery packets that were thrown away on a port due to errors or space limits. It shows how many neighbor discovery messages failed to be processed. A network technician would check this when neighbors aren't being discovered correctly to identify link or protocol issues.
