What is lldpRemUnknownTLVInfo?

The raw value bytes extracted from a TLV received from a neighbor that this LLDP agent doesn't recognize, possibly because it's from a newer version of the LLDP standard. Admins or diagnostic tools can inspect this raw data to figure out what an unsupported neighbor feature was trying to advertise.
