Description: The bitmap value used to identify which system capabilities are enabled on the local system.

What is lldpLocSysCapEnabled?

A bitmap indicating which system capabilities (such as bridge, router, or repeater) are actually enabled on this local device, out of those it supports. Admins use it, alongside the supported-capabilities bitmap, to confirm which advertised roles this device is currently performing.
