In addition, when creating an entry the following condition must hold: A correponding juniAtmVpTunnelIfIndex value must have been created in the juniAtmIfTable previously.
What is juniAtmVpTunnelRowStatus?
Creates or deletes a row in the VP tunnel table; creating one requires juniAtmVpTunnelKbps to be set and a matching juniAtmVpTunnelIfIndex to already exist in juniAtmIfTable, so an admin provisions the underlying ATM interface first and then builds the VP tunnel on top of it.
