What is juniAtmIfOamCellRxAdminState?
Administratively enables or disables processing of received OAM cells on this interface (default enabled); disabling it, together with juniAtmIfOamCellFilter, lets an admin stop the router from acting on incoming F4/F5 OAM alarm cells, e.g. during a maintenance window where spurious AIS/RDI cells from a lab test set should be ignored.
