Description: Controls creation/deletion of entries in this table. Only the values 'createAndGo' and 'destroy' may be SET.
Since none of the VPI/VCI minimum and maximum values have default values, all these values must be specified before setting RowStatus to 'createAndGo'. The VPI/VCI minimum and maximum values can only be configured upon creation.
Deleting an entry in this table deletes corresponding entries in juniAtmProfileOverrideAssignIfCircuitTable.
What is juniAtmBulkCircuitsRowStatus?
Creates or deletes a VPI/VCI sub-range within a bulk-circuit definition; all four min/max VPI/VCI bounds must be set before creation and can't be changed afterward, and deleting the row cascades to remove matching entries in juniAtmProfileOverrideAssignIfCircuitTable -- so an admin plans the VPI/VCI range fully before submitting the createAndGo.
