Description: Turns Spanning Tree ON/OFF for the switch.
What is spanOnOff?
Turns Spanning Tree Protocol on or off for the entire switch. An admin disables this only in unusual cases (e.g. a controlled single-switch lab setup); normally it stays on in any network with redundant links to prevent loops.
