Description: The key a management system must supply to make a locked feature available. When unlocking a feature and the management system does not supply a value for featStatus, that object's value is implementation dependent.
When returning this value, the agent always returns a zero length DisplayString.
What is featKey?
The unlock key a management station supplies to activate a locked feature named by featType in the same row; reads always return an empty string so the key value itself is never exposed over SNMP.
