What is latCircuitTimer?
Sets, in milliseconds, how long the LAT server buffers input from a terminal port before packaging and sending it to the host, trading interactive responsiveness (a lower value) against network efficiency (a higher value). It corresponds directly to the SERVER CIRCUIT TIMER setting.
