What is latAnnounceServices?
Turns on or off periodic broadcast of this LAT server's locally offered services to the network so other LAT nodes can discover them; setting it to 'disabled' stops advertisements without removing the services themselves. It mirrors the SERVER ANNOUNCEMENTS setting shown on the server's SERVER CHARACTERISTICS display.
