What is latAddressChange?
Counts how many times a service announcement arrived with a node name already in the server's visible-service table but reporting a different Ethernet address, shown as 'Multiple Node Addresses' in the SERVER COUNTERS display. Frequent increments can indicate a duplicate node name or an unstable device on the LAT network.
