What is agentTunnelStatus?

This RowStatus object controls the lifecycle of a tunnel table entry, where setting it to createAndGo provisions a new active tunnel and setting it to destroy removes an existing one, with active indicating the tunnel is currently operational. It is the standard mechanism an admin uses to add or remove IPv6 tunnel instances via SNMP. A provisioning script setting up a new 6to4 tunnel would set this object to createAndGo after populating the tunnel's other parameters.
