vlanPolicyDomainName
Module: INTEL-VLAN-MIB
OID (symbolic): INTEL-VLAN-MIB::vlanPolicyDomainName
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.343.6.11.1.1
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: DisplayString
Access: read-write
Description: The VLAN Domain name. All VLAN configuration and connectivity is separated in domains.
What is vlanPolicyDomainName?
Names the VLAN administration domain this switch belongs to; all VLAN configuration and connectivity data is scoped to a single domain. Devices must share the same domain name to distribute VLAN configuration to each other, so a typo here silently isolates a switch from its intended peers.
