What is editTokenOwnerApplication?

Identifies which type of application - local management, SNMP, TFTP database transfer, server update, or flash load - is currently holding the VLAN configuration edit token. This tells an admin whether the lock is held by a human using the CLI or web UI, or by an automated process like a TFTP config push.
