What is editTokenLastClaimRspRetVal?
Reports the result code of the most recent attempt to claim the edit token, such as success, failTaken meaning already held, or failVersionTooOld. An admin checks this immediately after an editTokenClaimReq to find out why a claim attempt didn't succeed.
