Module: INTEL-SYS-MIB

OID (symbolic): INTEL-SYS-MIB::resetAgent

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.343.2.6.1.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

What is resetAgent?

A read-write control that triggers a cold reset of the SNMP agent when set to reset(1); if a new IP configuration was staged (e.g. via ipAddressNextReset), it takes effect after this reset. An admin uses this to apply pending network settings without physically power-cycling the device.
