What is tBrdgHubId?
Identifies the chassis (via chassisConfigTableIndex) that holds the primary internal bridge for this span; internal bridge statistics for that hub are reported as ports 101 and 102. Admins use this to find which physical chassis is actually doing the bridging work for a given span.
