What is dot1agCfmMepTransmitLbmStatus?
A control flag, defaulting to true, that the management entity sets to false before configuring a new Loopback Message transmission, then relies on the MEP to reset back to true once the LBM job is ready to accept a new request. Follow the MIB's documented sequence (check SnmpSetSerialNo, set to notReady, configure, then trigger transmit) rather than setting this directly to true or false casually.
