What is dot1agCfmMepDbRdi?

Reports the state of the Remote Defect Indication (RDI) bit in the last CCM received from this remote MEP; false if no CCM has been received yet. A true value tells you that specific remote MEP is itself experiencing a connectivity problem toward one of its own peers.
