What is ibmSystemComponentHealthLastState?
An integer value recording the component's previous health state (0=NORMAL, 1=WARNING, 2=CRITICAL) before its most recent change. Comparing this against ibmSystemComponentHealthCurrentState lets an admin see whether a component is degrading, recovering, or unchanged since the last poll.
