What Is HUAWEI-VSQMCBB-MIB?

Separately, hwThresholdMonitorCtrlTable lets the operator configure threshold-crossing monitors so that when a tracked metric (e.g., latency or throughput degradation) exceeds a configured limit, an alert condition is raised for that service instance.
