What is hwadsl2LineStatusRtxUsedDs?

Reports whether G.998.4 retransmission is actually in use on this line and, if not, why: rtxInuse, or one of several rtxUnused reasons (forbidden by RTX_MODE, or not supported by the XTU-C and/or XTU-R). Admins check this to confirm retransmission is really active on a line where they expected it, rather than silently falling back due to a CPE that doesn't support it.
