What is hwadsl2LineStatusInitResult?

Reports the outcome of the last full initialization on the line - noFail for success, or a specific failure such as configError, commFail, noPeerXtu, or ginpNotSelected (when G.998.4 retransmission mode wasn't selected despite being forced). Admins read this after a line fails to come up to see exactly why training didn't succeed, e.g. distinguishing a local configuration problem from no response at all from the remote modem.
