What is hwadsl2LConfProfL3Time?
Sets the minimum time, in seconds (default 255), the line must remain in the low-power L3 (idle) state before it is allowed to enter L0 (full power) or L2 (low-power showtime). Admins tune it to control how quickly a line can come back up out of idle, balancing power savings against reconnection latency.
