Sets the assumed Minimum Usable receive Signal PSD (0 to -127.5 dBm/Hz in 0.5 dBm/Hz steps, defaulted to 180 i.e. -90 dBm/Hz) used to modify the DPBO maximum-frequency calculation for exchange-fed lines.
