The B coefficient of the three-scalar cable model used to describe the frequency-dependent loss of the E-side cable for DPBO calculations, coded -1 to 1.5 in steps of 1/256 and defaulted to 512 (i.e. 1.0). It works alongside cable models A and C to characterize the specific cable feeding a cabinet.
