What is hwMacLimitMaxRate?
The maximum rate (MAC addresses learned per interval) allowed under this rule; a value of 0 means no rate limit is enforced, useful for slowing down a sudden burst of new MAC learning (e.g. during a MAC-flooding attack) without capping the total count.
