Description: When this object is set to 'Enable(1)',if port security is enabled , the dynamic mac will convert to static.
What is hwDynSecurityFdbToStaticEnable?
When set to 'Enable(1)' with port security also enabled on the port, any dynamically-learned MAC address on it is automatically converted to a static (sticky) entry, which is how you'd lock down a port to only the devices already learned on it.
