This read-create RowPointer object names the object instance uniquely identifying a lower-layer entity associated with this ANCP session, such as an ATM VCC identified via atmVclTable; it defaults to zeroDotZero when unused, and its value persists across reboots. An admin (or the system, when auto-populated) uses this to link an ANCP session to its underlying transport entity when the session rides over something like an ATM VC rather than a plain IP interface. A value of zeroDotZero would mean this session has no specific lower-layer entity association configured.
