What is hpnicfVoCallActiveVoiceTxDuration?
This measures, in milliseconds, how long actual voice audio was transmitted from this peer to the voice gateway during the call. Dividing this value by hpnicfVoCallActiveTxDuration gives the voice utilization rate, letting an admin see what fraction of the transmit path carried real speech versus silence or other traffic. For instance, a value of 28000 ms out of a 30000 ms transmit path indicates roughly 93% voice utilization for that call.
