What is hpnicfVoCallActiveTxDuration?
This reports how long the transmit path has been open, in milliseconds, from this peer to the voice gateway for the current call. It is the denominator used to compute voice or fax utilization by dividing hpnicfVoCallActiveVoiceTxDuration or hpnicfVoCallActiveFaxTxDuration by this value, so admins use it to gauge how much of a call was actual media transfer versus signaling or silence. For example, a reading of 45000 ms on a call whose voice duration is only 30000 ms would flag unusually low voice utilization worth investigating.
