What is hpnicfTeTunnelPsHoldOffTime?
This is the switchback delay, in units of 500ms, that the device waits after detecting a work-path fault before switching to the protect tunnel, defaulting to 0 (immediate switch). Admins raise this value to avoid triggering a protection switch on transient blips, coordinating with lower-layer protection mechanisms that might recover the fault first. A value of 4 introduces a 2-second hold-off before failing over to the protect path once a defect is detected on the work path.
